Why students fail GKS.
Issue No. 24
Many students apply to GKS without a strategy. They just read the guidelines, collect the requirements, sign the form, write a generic essay, get a templated recommendation letter, submit and hope for the best.
While, many students have won the scholarship this way, they passed because their profiles are inherently competitive. Most of this type of students have outstanding near-perfect grades, international awards or national recognition, research papers, etc.
90% of applicants aren’t geniuses so why do they still pass even with a meager 83% grade?
In our coaching program, 70% of our students have grades below 85%. And yet they still pass GKS because we determine the most common reasons why they can fail:
And this is how we helped them be better than other students in the application:
In the coaching program, students also get access to the essays and recommendation letters of previous winners. We have 70+ personal statements, 70+ study plans, and 50+ recommendation letters from the previous winners safely stored in our database. These essays are donated by the previous winners who underwent our coaching program as help to the future applicants. Scholars Academie legally owns these essays and documents as part of the contract they had with our company.
If you are serious about GKS and want to study and live in the beautiful country of Korea like other students, join our coaching program here: https://scholarsacademie.com
